Order
All EISENWERK-forever jewellery are handmade in our workshop. It usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment until the order is shipped. However, since we always pre-produce in small numbers it is possible that the ordered ring size or chain length is immediately available.

Shipping & Costs
We send all items well packaged and insured and with tracking number.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address respectively the delivery country stated in the order process. After entering the delivery address, the applicable prices and shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket and in the order overview.
Germany:
The shipping charge is 4,95 EUR per order for deliveries within Germany.
No shipping costs for orders exceeding 200,00 Euros!
