Prices

By way of derogation, the following rules shall apply to orders placed in non-EU countries (for example, Switzerland):

Pursuant to § 4 para. 1 a UStG,(Germany) the calculation of the German VAT does not apply. In these cases, German VAT is automatically deducted in the order process after entering the delivery address. The product overview shows the prices exclusive of 19% VAT and also the invoice contains the net value of the goods. Any customs and / or customs processing fees or import turnover taxes (in accordance with the respective import country) shall be borne by the customer. All information on this is to be obtained from the competent customs office.

PayPal

The payment method "PayPal" is a payment option which PayPal offers as an external payment processor under the terms of the PayPal Terms of Service. In order to buy at "EISENWERK-forever" via PayPal, you need a PayPal account.

If you choose this option in our Onlineshop for your order, you will be automatically directed to PayPal's payment page. There you will be asked to log in with your data to execute the payment. You will receive further information directly from PayPal during the order process. After the payment confirmation by PayPal we will start with the production of your jewelry or give it in the dispatch. If you do not have a PayPal account you can sign up for free at www.paypal.de.

Direct Debit

The payment method "direct debit" is a payment option that PayPal offers as an external payment processor under the terms of the PayPal terms of use. In order to buy from EISENWERK-forever via "direct debit", you do not need a PayPal account. If you decide to use this option in our Onlineshop for your order, you will be automatically and encrypted directed to the external payment page of PayPal during the order process. There you can simply enter your bank details. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be created. The direct debit is done by PayPal. After the payment confirmation by PayPal we begin with the production of your jewelery or start shipping. With this type of payment, there will be no further costs, either through us or through PayPal, except exchange rate currencies in other currencies than EUR.

Credit Card

The "Credit Card" payment method is a payment option that PayPal provides as an external payment processor under the terms of the PayPal Terms of Service. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. In order to buy by "Credit Card" at EISENWERK-forever, you do not need a PayPal account. If you decide to use this option in our onlineshop for your order, you will be automatically and encrypted directed to the external payment dialog of PayPal "Pay with credit card" during the order process. For this payment you do NOT need a customer account or login. The credit card is charged by PayPal. After the payment confirmation by PayPal we begin with the production of your jewelery or start shipping. With this type of payment, there will be no further costs, either through us or through PayPal, except exchange rate currencies in other currencies than EUR.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

In addition to the order confirmation, we send a separate e-mail with all the data and information you need for the transfer. Please transfer the entire invoice amount within 14 days from the order date. As soon as we have received the payment (purpose: name and order number), we produce and ship the order.
